The nearest major airport to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is Logan International Airport Boston. Bus service is available from the airport. If arriving at the Portsmouth, New Hampshire bus terminal, the terminal has taxi service to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.

If arriving by car, follow signs for Route 95 North. Take Route 95 North through the Hampton, New Hampshire tollbooth and continue on Route 95 to Maine. On Route 95 North, pass over the Piscataqua River Bridge into Maine. The shipyard will be on your right. Take Exit 2 to Route 236.
